HealthScope is looking for a Sales / Business Development Consultant to expand our reach in Phoenix, AZ.
We offer mobile phlebotomy to payers and providers, giving patients a labs better experience while helping payers/providers with closing gaps in care and risk adjustment. We primarily partner with companies in value-based arrangements, so are looking for payers and providers that have an incentive to close gaps in care (Medicare Advantage, home health, nursing homes, etc.).
As a startup, this role is perfect for anyone who wants to get in on the ground floor and help accelerate the digital transformation in healthcare. Specifically, this person:
- Has 5-10 years of experience in healthcare, ideally in business development, contracting, or medical sales
- Is knowledgeable about the business of healthcare, and understands value-based care providers and plans (e.g. Medicare Advantage, home health, etc.)
- Is comfortable being independent & designing their own biz dev strategy
- Ideally has existing relationships in healthcare in the Phoenix area
The role can be compensated hourly, 100% commission, or some combination - open to discussion.
