Our team is growing rapidly, as we’re seeking a HRE Managing Directorto serve as a mentor to manage and develop talent, and advise clients through buying, selling, and strategically managing their Real Estate portfolios, to help them achieve their individual goals and build generational wealth for their families. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in the Real Estate industry and be a part of a collaborative and supportive environment.
Here are some of the crucial functions performed by the successful Managing Directors here at SkyView:
Production:
- Develop, maintain and generate business from an established relationship list of institutional owners
- 7-figure annual earnings expectations
Mentorship:
- Fulfill Mentor Expectations
Management
- Responsible for ensuring production goals are met
- Conduct annual reviews
- Oversee individual & team wide business plan achievement
- Create and manage sales team competitions
- Conduct weekly/monthly sales meetings
- Participate in SVA Bootcamp assessment reviews/grading
- Represent the firm on industry panels & speaking engagements
Deal Management:
- Lead important client meetings/calls
- Assist with difficult deal issues on all deals you are managing
Our ideal Managing Directorpossesses the following characteristics and skills:
- 5+ years of Healthcare CRE investment sales, capital markets or investment banking experience
- Demonstrated track record of success in closing Healthcare Real Estate transactions
- Demonstrated leadership
- Desire to develop talent and lead within a 50+ advisor asset class vertical

- The drive to achieve, a high-level of integrity, and a desire for professional growth
- Experience in cultivating long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with clients and colleagues

- A track-record of success in prior professional and academic experience, with strong written and verbal communication skills
