Theravolve is a fast growing outpatient physical therapy company grow! We currently have seven clinics throughout Texas and are looking to add more.
About the role
The position of Executive Assistant consists of being responsible for providing administrative services to ensure effective and efficient operations for the CEO. The pay for this position is $25/hour.
Responsibilities
· Answer emails and direct emails to appropriate parties; open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
· Schedule meetings; attend meetings to record minutes
· File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports; maintain records management database systems
· Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by the CEO
· Keep CEO productive and organized
Location and commitments
· Mostly remote position with some commute to a Dallas office required
Candidate requirements
· Experience in the healthcare industry
· Previous administrative experience, attention to detail, dependability, organized, cooperative
· Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying and to actively look for ways to help people
· Ability to adjust actions in relation to others’ activities and manage one’s own time and others’ time
