- Support multiple initiatives, platform consolidation support, mkt place is growing - 2022 to 2023.

- Flexibility to move around work as the BA/PM will be moving to support from 1 state to another.
- Driven to get results on a timely manner and bringing teams together and holding internal meetings
- Strong Microsoft skills- PPT and Excel
- LOBs supported - all (Medicare, ACA, Medicaid and Commercial)
- 85% Analytical and 15% PM
- Membership knowledge - good to have but not preferred
