Role Overview:
Revenue Cycle Analytics (RCA)products help providers by creating actionable information to improve revenue cycle performance.
The Data Analyst support RCA delivery teams in implementing and maintaining customer solutions. The Data Analyst must be able to analyze, test, validate, import, manage ongoing processing and maintenance of data from RCA clients. The Data Analyst reports to the Senior Director of Strategic Pricing & Analytics, as well as takes direction from other senior level team members, and works in conjunction with other departments within RCA.
Role Responsibilities:

  • Prepare data for Pricing Analytics jobs
  • Check in and validate monthly data extracts from RCA clients
  • Work with other Pricing Analytics team members to meet deadlines for models
  • Communicate with clients regarding data extracts
  • Create efficiencies in data prep and other aspects of the pricing analytics tool

Role Requirements:
  • Acquiring and maintaining a working knowledge of the Pricing Analytics product and the various department processes to work with and support RCA clients.
  • The Data Analyst understands best practices to ensure that data is accurate and delivered and processed on a timely basis internally and to RCA clients using Centauri products.
  • Must be able to interact and communicate with RCA clients in multiple forums, (Verbal, Written, Go-To-Meeting, Microsoft Teams) accurately and timely to work on projects, or resolving issues.
  • Must be able to utilize various tools to analyze, test and validate hospital revenue cycle data for RCA products and from other health information systems.
  • Must be able to work independently or in a group on multiple projects and manage their work to scheduled deadlines as well as maintain quality for assigned work.
  • Must be able to provide excellent and timely communication (written and verbal) on assigned projects, which includes progress, risks, issues, backload, and error resolution.
  • Must be able to make client presentations for the data requirements for RCA clients.
  • Undergraduate Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, finance/accounting, computer science or information technology preferred.
  • 2-4years of experience in data analysis, data testing, data interfacing, data science and/or systems analysis.
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of products (emphasis on MS Excel), SQLite, Cygwin GNU tools, Visual Basic, and Command Prompt/PowerShell
  • Must possess excellent analytical and technical skills for research and resolution of day-to-day work and issues that surface.
  • Preferred experience in Hospital managed care and/or revenue cycle

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is bonus eligible in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan.
