The Healthcare Data Analyst is responsible for the synthesis and presentation of insights using Apex BI solutions, applications, and analytical reports. The Healthcare Data Analyst will work closely with team members to gain understanding of trends and patterns within both clinical and administrative data sources to identify opportunities which address cost, quality, risk, and patient experience. In this role, the Healthcare Data Analyst will play a critical role in mining analytical solutions and creating insights and actionable strategies for our clients.

The Healthcare Data Analyst is responsible for the synthesis and presentation of insights using Apex BI solutions, applications, and analytical reports. In this role, the Healthcare Data Analyst will play a critical role in mining analytical solutions and creating insights and actionable strategies for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret Healthcare Data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Utilize statistical methods and tools to extract actionable insights from large datasets.
- Identify areas for cost savings and operational efficiency within healthcare processes.
- Contribute to the development of reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key findings to stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and advancements to inform analysis and recommendations.
- Prepare and present reports to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Healthcare Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Knowledge of healthcare systems, processes, and regulations
