Healthcare Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team!
Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and assist patients (primary)
• Accurately review insurances, demographics with patient (primary)
• Document and update customer records based on interaction (primary)
• Discuss patient responsibility, set up payment plans, take patient payment (primary)
• Answer emails (secondary)
• Return patient voicemails

• Previous experience in Healthcare Customer Service
  • Understanding of EOBs and determining patient responsibility
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
