Customer Service And Provider Maintenance

Evolutions Healthcare Systems is a privately owned Provider Network Development and Management Company, based in New Port Richey, Florida for 30 plus years. It is a boutique organization specializing in relationship management (aka Customized Network Solutions) for self-funded plans, Hospital Systems, Employer Groups, and TPA’s around the country for Group Health, Workers Compensation (WC), and Medical Auto.

Position Description:

This is a full-time, on-site position with benefits. This is a partially remote position , but will require working on site 1 to 2 days per week in the New Port Richey area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding and resolving member, client and Provider questions by regarding network participation, products and services.

Essential Functions:

• Perform Customer Service functions.
• Respond to Client, Member and Provider Requests
• Call provider offices to verify network participation and demographic information
• Maintain and update provider demographic and rate information in Evolutions database
• Outstanding Customer Service skills and/or experience
• Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing
• Over time, as required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years Customer service experience in the same or related field
• Excellent telephone and Customer Service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize MS Office products. Including but not limited to Outlook, Word and Excel
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Identifies ways to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Able to work and adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
