Job Title:Healthcare Customer Service Representative
Contract Duration:6+ Months (potential to extend and/or convert to full-time)
Pay Rate:$17-20/hr (based on experience)
Location:Remote
Work Hours:8am - 5pm EST
Qualifications/Skills Needed:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Inbound/Outbound Calls
- Data Entry and Documentation
- Intermediate plus computer acumen
- Typing Skills
- Excel, Word
- Medical Terminology
- Experience working in a medical setting
- Must have stable internet and a designated work space
Desired Experience:
- 2+ years healthcare experience
- Bilingual Spanish (desired)
- Insurance Verification
- Appointment Scheduling
- Patient Registration
- Collaborating with Healthcare Providers
- Medicaid, Medicare, Marketplace
- HIPPA Compliance
