What you'll own
We’re looking for a consulting Healthcare Attorney to help us review friendly PC-MSO structures and other legal agreements regarding the Corporate Practice of Medicine and its prohibitions across the states. You'll partner closely with our founders and management team in reviewing healthcare legal contracts and advising our team. This a fractional role, and the commitment is up to 5 hours per week in an ongoing matter, though that can fluctuate with your schedule.
What you should bring
- Significant experience as counsel to healthcare organizations
- Familiarity with friendly PC-MSO structures and associated legal considerations.
- Familiarity with Corporate Practice of Medicine prohibitions across the states
- Openness to fractional work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to built trusted partnerships with clients
