Daily Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and provide assistance with all non-medical iCRYO services.
- Conduct tours and educate guests on iCRYO services, sell Lifestyle Passes, and promote additional services.
- Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, reviewing waivers, creating guest profiles, scheduling and managing reservations, answering calls and emails, and maintaining center cleanliness. Strong multitasking skills are essential.
- Collaborate with the Manager to set expectations and goals, achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets, and identify and resolve issues. Additionally, you should be able to help the Manager and other team members individually as required.
- Continuously learn about our products and services, work as a team with other employees, and maintain safety protocols.

Qualifications:
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends for a minimum of 30-40 hours per week.
- Fluent in English.

- Ability to pass the iCRYO Cryotherapy Exam following initial training.
