Rate ranges from $138K to $150K commensurate with experience, education, skills, licensure.

NaphCare has a partnership with NetCE that provides CEU/CME for our staff. NetCE uses a rigorous peer review process to ensure that all activities and content are up-to-date. This service streamlines continuing education for all NaphCare Employees to meet state specific requirements for maintaining licensing.
Position Description:

• Have an active and unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse in ARIZONA
• Bachelors in Nursing highly preferred
• Maintains overall administrative responsibility within the facility
• Resolve routine medial and clinical issues
• Coach and educate staff
• Assist with recruiting efforts
