Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and support to customers who use our medical devices
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Communicate with customers through phone, email, and chat to identify and resolve technical concerns
- Document customer interactions and details of the issues reported
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems
- Conduct product testing and analysis to identify potential defects or areas for improvement
- Assist in creating and updating Technical Support documentation
- Proven experience in Technical Support or a similar role in the medical devices industry
- Strong knowledge of PC troubleshooting and support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems
