Job Summary:
Chronic Guru is seeking a motivated and dynamic Phone Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to customers with lost online carts, following up with past clients, and building strong relationships to drive sales. This role is crucial in maximizing revenue and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Contact customers with abandoned online shopping carts to recover sales.
- Follow up with past clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through phone calls and emails.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Stay informed about Chronic Guru's products and services to effectively communicate with customers.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for customer outreach.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Knowledge of the cannabis industry is a plus.
Education & Experience:
- Previous experience in Phone Sales, customer service, or a related field.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
