In this role, you will serve as the customer service and communication focus, helping to ensure that our residents, staff, management and guests have a steady point of contact. This second shift role can be either full-time or part-time with the following schedule and every other holiday:
The FT includes:
- 2ndshift - 2:45pm - 11:15pm
- 32 hours per week:
- Week 1 - Tue, Fri, Sat, and Sun
- Week 2 - Thur, Fri, Sat, and Sun
- E/O/Holiday
The two PT roles include:
- 2ndshift - 2:45pm - 11:15pm
- E/O/Weekend
- Two other shifts per week
- E/O/Holiday
-Ability to multi-task with desk, telephone and in-person work
-Assist residents and staff with questions
-Coordinate communication and monitor emergency and non-emergency communications
