The Daily Beet is a Health Food opening in Fayetteville in April. We value working with local farms and providing delicious and accessible foods the community. We are looking for motivated Team Members who shares the same passion for healthy food systems and wants to be part of a growing team.

**Responsibilities:**

- Execute recipes with accuracy and consistency while adhering to food safety standards

- Prepare ingredients, including washing, chopping, and portioning, to support smooth kitchen operations

- Cook and plate dishes according to established procedures, paying attention to presentation and quality

- Collaborate with Team Members to coordinate timing and ensure timely delivery of orders

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and kitchen areas

- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure freshness

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

- Certification from a culinary program or equivalent experience is a plus
