On-site: This position requires an employee to be on-site on a full-time basis
The Role:
The Health Center Supervisor is responsible for direct management of nursing staff and delivery of clinical operations for multiple sites: Fort Wayne, Marion, Bedford and Kokomo . They guide and support medical staff, promote communications, monitor medical programs, integrate with the local business, be responsible for the site emergency response program, and promote health and well-being.
What You'll Do:
Responsibilities are as follows:
  • Supervision of Day-to-Day Health Center operations
  • Lead and Develop Direct Reports
  • Promote communication
  • Integrate with Business Partners
  • Maintain Health Center Compliance
  • Monitor Physical Exam Program
  • Support Medical Emergency Response Activities
  • Support Wellness/Wellbeing initiatives at the site

Additional Job Description
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications):
  • 5+ years of nursing experience required
  • Ability to communicate, motivate, and inspire direct reports and others
  • Ability to lead change within work groups and departments
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • Valid state nursing license
  • Certification as Occupational Health Nursing (COHN) or Occupational Health Nursing Specialist (COHN-S) preferred
