SalaryThe HCC works with community healthcare agencies as well as the Home Managers and Direct Support Staff to ensure quality resident healthcare is maintained. The HCC makes and accompanies residents to routine and emergency medical, dental or behavioral health appts. and consults with healthcare professionals, providing current as well as historical treatment/medication histories as appropriate.

Pay: $14.56 - $16.56 per hour
