The HHS lead is responsible for development and execution of a national vision and strategy for Health and Human Services agencies. Our mission is to help Health and Human Services agencies in the U.S. use technology to improve the lives of those they serve. This is a people manager role that leading a team of HHS experts charged with using their experience and credibility to build high-impact, high-growth businesses in their respective domains.

In this role you will:
- Lead, build, and retain a team of HHS industry experts and build a health team culture
- Builds high-performing team of leaders each responsible for driving a high growth, high impact strategy in their respective domain.
- Proactively engages in career development and thoughtful performance management of team
- Leads a team that uses their experience, passion, and expertise to earn customer trust and help advance strategic opportunities
- Works cross-functionally with leaders to get alignment on priorities and how to work together to help their teams go faster and farther
- Develops and communicates team vision, goals, and progress and is regularly consulted for their expertise as the single-threaded owner of the strategy
- Work with your team to identify and define new markets, determining where and how AWS should be focusing its efforts in Health and Human Services

Experience in executive roles in both an HHS agency and a technology or consulting company.
A strong vision and point of view on the impact of technology on improving service delivery by Health and Human Services agencies.

The base pay for this position ranges from $154,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $288,200/year in our highest geographic market.
