Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Head Trainer/Club Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional one-on-one training, leading Small Group Training (SGT) sessions, conducting fitness assessments, and assisting with personal training sales. Additionally, you will support the day-to-day operations of the club, including membership sales and customer service.
Head Trainer Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one training sessions tailored to each client's needs and goals.
• Lead motivating and effective small group training sessions (SGT) to maximize results and engagement.
• Perform comprehensive fitness assessments to evaluate clients' current fitness levels, establish goals, and develop personalized training plans.
• Provide ongoing guidance, support, and accountability to clients throughout their fitness journey.
• Assist with sales and promotion of personal training packages, including conducting consultations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a positive and clean gym environment.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and certifications to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.

Club Assistant Responsibilities:

• Support membership sales efforts by engaging with potential members, providing club tours, and explaining membership options.
• Assist in day-to-day operations of the club, including phone calls to leads & bad debt members, and cleanliness standards.
• Assist in marketing strategies to increase over club awareness in the community.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing member inquiries, resolving concerns, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• Certified Personal Trainer with a nationally recognized certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire clients of all fitness levels.
• Excellent sales and customer service abilities, with a passion for helping individuals achieve their health and fitness goals.
• Knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and anatomy.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, holidays and weekends, to accommodate client schedules.
