We are seeking an exceptional leader to Head - Product Management for North America and be responsible for leading the development of integrated product strategies for injectable portfolio.
The incumbent will have overall responsibility for achievement of fiscal and strategic goals for the Institutional business. Based in Princeton, NJ (Hybrid work schedule) this role will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer
Responsibilities:
•Drive the commercial P&L including integration of any BD/M&A opportunities. Develop and track annual revenue, throughput, and expense budgets. Guide Sales and Marketing teams and coordinate with other cross functional teams to deliver on P&L metrics for Institutional business
•Develop commercial product and marketing strategies, implementation and control of marketing programs for the business. Integrating and aligning marketing strategies for BD/M&A products
•Lead product selection, pipeline and life cycle management and develop long-term plans for the North America Institutional business and coordinate with Global teams for IPDO/FTO selections
•Develop and execute pricing strategies aligned with product and market strategies to ensure viable and profitable pricing of all products
•Drive revenue growth of B2B e-commerce strategy across Dr. Reddy's Direct and other third-party platforms
•Interact regularly with customers to understand their needs and establish long-term mutually beneficial relationships with customers
•Provide guidance to team members and cross functional teams when required
Qualifications / Skills:
•MBA with 10+ years of industry related pharmaceutical strategy, portfolio, sales, and marketing experience
•Deep knowledge of injectable products and institutional customers
•Strong patient and customer service orientation
•Organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude, detail oriented and ability to multi-task
•Experience in building and leading teams
•Ability to work across teams and functions
•Excellent communication skills (verbal & written); presentation skills
