- Lead a large 300+ global organization, instilling a culture of excellence, collaboration, and trustworthiness.
- Scale up the organization to support the massive growth of Tesla’s energy and charging business.
- Warehouse network planning, optimization, and operations - Plan, launch and run warehouses ranging from 2,000 sq. ft. (small operations centers) to 200,000+ sq. ft. (large distribution centers, operation hubs and long-term storage facilities) to meet the warehousing needs of the Energy & Charging business in a cost-optimized manner.
- Material Planning, Inventory Management & Control, Fulfilment & Logistics - Ensure accuracy of inventory and manage the timely and cost-logical movement of finished goods from 3rd party suppliers and Tesla factories to final destination by utilizing a combination of internal fulfilment and logistics teams and 3PLs.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, 5 years as a people leader, and at least 1 year in a senior management role with proven experience in leading large teams, including managing people leaders
- Previous experience in establishing and scaling a highly successful logistics organization
- Willingness to get out in the field and travel regularly globally
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills within org, with partner teams, executives and customers spread out across the globe
- Analytical, data-driven leadership style that emphasizes first-principles, critical thinking and problem solving

$68,000 - $210,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
