Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Head of Growth to elevate our innovative product's market presence and expand our customer base. This role is perfect for a proactive leader who excels in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and aims to make a significant impact.

Collaborating closely with our CEO and Head of Product, you'll strategize and implement growth initiatives across various channels, including advertising, creative, content marketing, website optimization, and app store presence.

This position requires a hands-on approach and a commitment to not just strategize but also actively engage in building and leading a team. If you're someone who is ready to take on challenges and turn strategic visions into tangible results, this could be your next big opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for marketing strategies, from identifying strategic opportunities to planning and execution, with support from cross-functional team members.
- Develop and execute a customer acquisition strategy, enhancing conversions across key marketing channels while optimizing business metrics.
- Establish and oversee growth marketing goals and metrics.
- Lead and develop a small, growing team of marketing professionals.
- Create and implement multi-channel advertising and engagement campaigns.
- Seek out opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Conduct A/B testing on our website and app, optimizing lifecycle messaging and advertising strategies.
- Utilize marketing technology for attribution, lifecycle, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and reporting to drive data-driven decisions.
- Evaluate risk and reward to continuously improve our growth strategy.
- Keep informed about the competitive and industry trends.

Qualifications & Skills
- At least 8 years of experience in growth marketing and advertising, demonstrating a track record of success.
- A strong passion for marketing and a drive for continuous improvement.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
- Strong initiative, attention to detail, and ability to follow through.
- A degree in Math, Science, Finance, or another quantitative field (BS/MS).
- (Preferred) Experience in health tech or mobile app sectors.
