About the Role
As the Head of Growth at Love in Faith, your role will be instrumental in scaling our business, driving both customer acquisition and retention through inventive, data-driven marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
  • Growth Strategy Development:
  • Design and implement a comprehensive growth strategy, focusing on customer acquisition, activation, retention, and upsell.
  • Set and continually manage growth-related KPIs and success metrics.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:
  • Leverage data to understand our customers in depth, identify areas of opportunity, and execute projects to drive growth and engagement.
  • Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition and retention.
  • Performance Marketing:
  • Oversee all performance marketing channels, including SEM, SEO, PPC, social media ads, and email marketing, to drive sustainable growth.
  • Continuously assess the performance and ROI of campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Product Development Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with the product team to refine and improve the product based on insights gained from customer data and feedback.
  • Drive new product features and initiatives geared toward user growth and engagement.
  • Customer Experience Enhancement:
  • Optimize the entire customer journey as a means of driving growth, from acquisition to activation, retention, and referral.
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing growth team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Provide professional development opportunities and performance feedback for team members.
  • Cross-Functional Initiatives:
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and data teams to align on growth strategies and initiatives.
  • Communicate growth plans and performance across the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Market Analysis and Trends:
  • Stay informed of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies, adjusting plans as needed to maintain rapid growth.
  • Identify emerging opportunities for expansion and new channels for customer acquisition.
Requirements
  • Proven experience driving business growth in an e-commerce environment, preferably within the apparel sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to make informed marketing decisions.
  • Experience with A/B testing, customer acquisition funnels, and retention strategies.
  • Leadership experience with a focus on team development and strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM systems, and content management systems.
  • Have an understanding of the Christian niche, including its values, culture, and community engagement.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee routinely is required to sit; walk; talk and hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch. Speaking and hearing ability sufficient to communicate in person, over the telephone, and/or via video conference.

  • Sufficient hand, arm, and finger dexterity to operate a computer keyboard and other office equipment.
Emotional Demands
  • Data analysis & interpretation. You will have to process and review a lot of information from a variety of sources, understand how data is collected, assess data quality, and how to use the information.
  • Communication skills. You need to have advanced communication skills in both oral and written form. Emails and written communication with colleagues and external partners, written reports for senior executives. Able to communicate complex financial information to people outside of the finance department.
  • Comfortable with technology. Able to navigate data through computers, mobile, software, databases. Stay up to date with technology advances.
  • Oriented to detail. Financial forecasts rely on projections which can be impacted by even minor changes in sales patterns, consumer sentiment, economic shifts, competitor changes, etc. You will need to be attuned to small changes in all streams of data.
  • Confident decision-making skills. You will need to review data and make sound decisions on what actions to take and make confident recommendations to senior management. You may need to make decisions quickly with limited amounts of information in urgent situations.
