Thisrole will partner closely with business leaders within the organization andassist operations with analyzing budgets, providing analytic guidance andsupport, and identifying operational implementations to improve efficiencies,profits, and outcomes. This includes researching and analyzing key businessdrivers, trends, and performance indicators for the future growth of CBTL'sAmericas business. They will oversee thefinance team with an emphasis on delivering disciplined growth, enhancingfinancial reporting, and driving business review processes.

Responsibilitiesinclude supporting, developing, and improving the financial processes thatenable sound planning and decision-making. This function acts as the analyticalengine of the Americas business to provide insights, contribute to CBTL'sbusiness strategy, and support optimal business decision-making. The AmericasHead of Finance position will sit in the Americas Support Center office,reporting to the President and will have a team directly reporting to them tosupport the various businesses.

The rolewill also have a dotted line reporting relationship to the Global CFO, based inSingapore, and may periodically be engaged in global finance initiatives. KeyResponsibilities In this role, you will: Develop and deliver strategic financialvision and tactical approach covering pricing, promotion, and revenuemanagement to drive revenue and profit. Provide stewardship to both the Company andFranchise owned parts of the business while managing a pivot towards a predominantlyfranchise led growth strategy.

Participate in planning and developingproducts and programs to optimize revenue and profits, identifying distressedperiods to initiate recovery plans while maximizing peak periods throughconstraint management. Implement consumer-centric revenue managementtechniques to increase customer satisfaction while optimizing average check. Leverage and develop statistical modellingtools to drive strong analytics-based decision-making throughout the productlife cycle (inception to post-mortem).

Lead end-to-end short- and long-term planningprocesses for Americas operations including capital planning and budgeting, aswell as defining appropriate metrics to monitor performance against forecastand goals, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy. Analyze and articulate drivers oforganizational performance through interpretation of financial results andmacro-economic trends impacting the market landscape to drive action andchallenge/support decisions. Manage Americas-based P&L from forecastto delivery, partnering closely with accounting shared services andcontrollership to ensure statutory compliance and financial reporting accuracy.

Identify opportunities and makerecommendations to improve store economics by asset type, market, and channel. Display a strong, consistent, and vocalFinance point of view, remaining neutral and objective on business issues;maintain ability to influence client/partner thinking at all levels. Provide stewardship to the franchise businessin terms of developing and strengthening the franchisee economic model.

Be a thought partner to the President interms of shaping business model and strategy. Your Ingredients Bachelor'sdegree in accounting or finance required; MBA and/or CPA preferred. 10+years of financial management experience in a multi-national company with aminimum of 3+ years of people management experience.

Prior experience inF&B industry preferred. Functionalskills required: analysis & problem solving, business planning &development, strategic cost management, and internal controls. Businessskills required: external focus, change leadership, communication, anddeveloping people and organizations.

Proficientwith Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Microsoft Dynamics preferred. Englishproficiency required. Astuteat working in a highly matrixed environment with exceptional grit and peopleleadership capabilities.
