Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as the Head of Embroidery. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a passion for delivering exceptional quality in their work. While some experience in embroidery is preferred, we value enthusiasm and dedication above all else.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the embroidery department, including machine operation, design setup, and quality control.
• Ensure efficient production while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship.
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize orders and meet deadlines.
• Assist with other tasks as needed, such as inventory management, screen printing, heat pressing, and client billing.
• Lead by example, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
• Occasionally work events outside of regular hours as required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in embroidery preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to assist with various tasks beyond embroidery when necessary.
• Willingness to work Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Weekends off.
• Availability for occasional events work outside of regular hours.
