Right now, we are looking for team members with backgrounds in landscaping, landscape lighting, patio paver installation, lawn fertilization and lawn care. Job requirements include

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work an outdoor environment

Our hardscape team leader is an experienced employee in construction, basic electricity, basic plumbing, and works with minimal supervision. He will direct the activities of a team of two or more in the construction of paver patios, retaining walls, garden ponds, and low-voltage lighting. Understand that this hardscape position will also assist in the development of this facet of the business. Additionally, in between hardscape jobs it is expected that he will assist in other areas as needed.

The hardscape specialist duties include but are not limited to:

• The installation of paver patios; stone, wood, or segmental block retaining walls. The installation of low-voltage landscape lighting
• The reading of landscape design prints and implement the landscape construction plan
• Understand elevations and uses this knowledge to execute the construction plan
• Operating, proficiently, a variety of mechanical equipment, including bobcats, backhoes, dingos, plate compactors, stone grinders, drills, gas and electric chop saws, demolition hammers, and jack hammers
