Handyman/Home Service Technician

Comfort Keepers seeks an experienced Home Service Technician to provide handyman services to our senior clients and the San Diego County senior care industry under the company's TruBlue name. Comfort Keepers is San Diego's leading provider of non-medical, in-home care services for seniors.
TruBlue and Comfort Keepers have joined forces to keep our clients safely in their homes by providing them with Handyman/Home maintenance services.
This role is a good fit for an entry-level handyman who wants to focus on the actual work, not back-office processes and paperwork. Comfort Keepers will provide all or most of the leads for you through the company's normal process, and your job will be to complete the job to the customer's total satisfaction.

TruBlue Serving East San Diego is a Home Ally Service company dedicated to providing premium handyman services with bonded and insured technicians, giving our customers peace of mind. Our mission is to help people maintain the safety and value of their homes by offering handyman services, home assessments, and regular maintenance. We are searching for a reliable lead home technician (handyman/handywoman) to provide general home services to our customers in our community AND lead a group of technicians who will report to you. We want to hear from you if you have 3 three or more years of paid experience in general carpentry and handyman work.
We are looking for a Home Service Technician with the following experience:

• Bathroom upgrades / remodel
• Drywall repair/patching/ caulking
• Flooring repair and installation
• General Carpentry
• General home repairs and handyman work
• Kitchen repair / remodel
• Minor plumbing and electrical
• Painting interior and exterior

The appropriate candidate for the Technician/Handyman position will be proficient in miscellaneous around-the-house type repairs like carpentry, basic plumbing, drywall, painting, and basic electrical. Candidates do not need to be licensed tradesmen, but those candidates are welcome to apply.
Qualified candidates will also have:

• Driver's license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle, clean driving record, and proof of insurance
• Authorized to work in the US and speak fluent English
• Pass a criminal background check.

Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
