Form of work Software Resources has an immediate job opportunity for a hands-on Senior Technology Program Manager- Workday & HCM with an entertainment giant in Seattle, WA.
Thi is on-site 4 days a week, one day remote from home.
Pay rate: $80-100 per hour DOE

MUST HAVES:
1. Must have been part of migration, transformation, from Peoplesoft to Workday/ consolidated Workday tenant projects/lead PM with Workday vendors
2. This is a Project/Program Manager- Must have both core competencies. Will not be managing others
3- Strong understanding of Human Capital Management platform environments: Workday, PeopleSoft, Workday, HR, Benefits, Learning, Recruitment SaaS Applications,
Candidates must be able to confidently articulate how they led a program from end to end They must be able to talk through the entire process from RFP, planning, what the scope looks like, working with FTEs, vendors, etc., along with how they managed projections vs actual budgets, go live and hyper care.
Description:
The Senior Technology Program Manager - Workday & HCM Application Platform will be responsible for managing enterprise-level programs and/or multiple projects within the Disney Enterprise Technology portfolio. The Senior Program Manager within ETech, is a senior program level role responsible for program level ownership of complex large-scale technology-driven projects across a diverse portfolio supporting all aspects of ETech and its partners. The Senior Program Manager will also be responsible for developing a consolidated view of the program, and for program deliverables including issue/risk management, cross-project dependencies, risk analysis, financials, stakeholder coordination, and regular communication of status. This individual will work closely with various technical delivery owners to define the project team and assign responsibilities.
The Senior Technology Program Manager - Workday & HCM Application Platform will:
deliver project management methodology and execution practices for HCM Application Platform Projects types: continual delivery of product enhancement, integration, modernization capabilities and functionality to drive business value and system efficiencies.
partner/collaborate with technical delivery leaders, project managers, business teams to manage the end-to-end program
have proven experience leading Workday & HCM Application Platform projects driving the initiative from planning, requirements gathering, through execution and implementation - time, cost, scope, quality.
Basic Qualifications:
10 years of technology program management experience managing application enhancement, integration, modernization projects that deliver capabilities and functionality to drive business value and system efficiencies.
8+ years experience working with Agile (SCRUM) methodologies and continuous integrations and delivery; with solid experience using agile delivery tools
Technical Depth: Proven experience as a Project/Program leading application enhancement, integration, modernization projects that deliver capabilities and functionality to drive business value and system efficiencies. PM should have experience managing HCM related projects: projects and the ability to understand one or more of the following application development tools and techniques:
Strong understanding of Human Capital Management platform environments: Workday, SAP/SuccessFactors,PeopleSoft, HR, Benefits, Learning, Recruitment
SaaS Applications
Solid understanding of Cloud hosting infrastructure environments
Solid experience managing large technical projects requiring the engagement of functional team (i.e. business stakeholders, architecture & design teams, vendor partners, delivery lead, testing lead etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
PMI or Scrum Alliance (or similar) certifications in Program Manager, Project Manager, or Scrum Master competencies are preferred
