Adecco Medical is on the lookout for someone awesome to join our clients team as the Behavioral Health Program Manager in Coupeville, Washington(Whidbey Island)!
Pay: $105k-$162k based on experience
Shift: Monday-Friday, no weekends or on call required
Here's a breakdown of what you'll be tackling:
- You'll be the go-to person for all things clinical, setting standards of care and making sure everything runs smoothly.
- Keeping our operations in check, meeting financial goals, and liaising with our community partners.
- Spreading the word about our program and helping out with grant applications to keep things going strong.
- Building up our outpatient services, including therapy and medication management programs.
- Making sure all our services integrate seamlessly with other facilities and departments.
- Handling budgets, billing, and making sure everyone's up to speed on safety protocols.
- Manage clinic staff by assigning tasks, scheduling, approving time off, conducting regular meetings, facilitating staff development, ensuring proper training and adherence to procedures, handling recruitment and retention, conducting performance evaluations, and effectively delegating responsibilities.
Here's what we're looking for in you:
- You've got a nursing background or a Master's in social work or counseling.
- Preferably, you've got a Bachelor's in Nursing or relevant licenses.
- At least two years of leadership experience in healthcare or Behavioral Health.
- You know the ins and outs of Behavioral Health Programs and regulations like the back of your hand.
- You're cool with handling uncertainty and change while keeping things consistent.
- Data-driven decision-making is your jam.
