How you can make a difference
The Senior Treasury Analyst is a member of the Treasury Team. The candidate must have strong technical, and analytical skills. The role reports to the Director Finance Process Management.
What you'll be doing
- Evaluate new banking products and document processes
- Interface with different department- Finance, Audit, Operations to eliminate process gaps and develop missing processes
- Reconcile processes, automate functionality that enables the operations team and Finance function more efficiently
- Take responsibility for the daily movement of millions of dollars across hundreds of bank accounts
- Ensure the successful processing of dozens of services to appropriately handle both incoming and outgoing files
- Ensure accurate maintenance of bank account, balance, bank/Treasury systems and bank cost information
- Assist in managing cash balancing and forecasting processes as needed
- Lead month end, quarter end, and year end close activities
- Ensure SOX and policy compliance
- Ensure proper controls related to finance and treasury processes
- Participate in Unclaimed Property Processes
- Create necessary reports and data for periodic audits
- Continually look for opportunities to innovate and improve processes
- Professionally represent HealthEquity while working directly with external partners, clients, auditors, and regulators
- Train and mentor new Treasury Analysts
- Work on ad hoc projects as needed
What you will need to be successful
- Bachelor's Degree required, Accounting or Finance Degree preferred
- 5+ years' experience in an Accounting, banking, or audit environment required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, familiarity with a variety of ERP, banking and budgeting systems (E.g. NetSuite, SAP, Hyperion, Trintech, Blackline, Kyriba)
- Technically minded
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Understanding of Operational Excellence / Continuous Improvement
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Team player (works well with others) and an ability to take direction

Salary Range$69000.00 To $103500.00 / yearBenefits & PerksThe compensation range describes the typical minimum or maximum base pay range for this position. The actual compensation offer is determined based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location.
