Guest Services Representative/Night Auditor

Looking for full time guest service representative who can work any shift

Daily Responsibilities

· Ensures the Completion of all front desk duties when working a desk shift.

· Assigning all guest rooms according to the guest status and ensuring that housekeeping is aware of any special needs or accommodations.

· Stocking the front desk with the supplies available.

· Checking the business center daily and ensuring that the computers are working, paper is stocked, that the printer has ink, trash is emptied and the shredder is emptied.

· Stock the pool with pool towels and empties the used towels in laundry.

· Stocks the fitness center with cups, towels and wipes. Ensures that there is water in the cooler.

· Ensuring that company names are being imputed correctly in the folio.

· Ensuring guest folios are set up correctly so that there is no errors at check in. This includes advance purchase, and Third Party reservations etc…

· Fixing any 3rd party payment discrepancies.

· Checking the call-back report daily to ensure that last night’s calls were completed.

· Ensure all front desk forms are stocked. Make copies when needed. ( Applications, pet form, fax cover sheet etc.. )

· Check faxes in the back office for cc authorizations, contracts, expedia cancels etc..

· Ensure all pending rooms and due outs are cleared before the end of the shift.

· Any additional duties assigned by the owner, GM or AGM.

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Alcoa, TN 37701: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Hotel experience: 1 year (Preferred)
