Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring accuracy of information
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Operate phone systems to handle incoming calls and transfer to appropriate departments
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Complete night audit duties as required
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of hotel management and hospitality industry
- Proficient in operating phone systems and handling guest inquiries
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to provide exceptional Guest Service and maintain positive guest relations
- Multilingual skills are a plus, especially for communicating with international guests
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is preferred
