The front desk agent helps coordinate the hotels operations with maintenance, housekeeping, and breakfast. The front desk is the hub of the hotel and a great place to start if you want to grow into a management position. Our Management company has many properties with many opportunities to grow within the company for those looking to further their career in the hospitality industry.
Shifts Available: 3pm-11pm
Priority to candidates with open availability.
Daily tasks include:
- Making Reservations
- Checking Guests In/Out
- Follow up with guest needs
- Assign guests to rooms. Determine upgrades for qualifying guests.
- Communicate guest needs to all departments.
- Keeping lobby and desk tidy and welcoming to guests.
Job Type: Part Time, Full Time
Pay: Up to $13.00 - negotiable per hour depending on experience.
**Hotel experience is a highly valued but not necessary. If no prior hotel/Hilton experience, we offer training to get you up and running in our system.
