Guest Service Receptionist

Wagsworth Manor Pet Resort, located in Malvern, PA, is seeking high-energy, animal-loving professionals to join our hospitality team for Part and Full-Time Reception Positions!

For our Guest Services Receptionist position, we are seeking someone who is professional, positive, and energetic, with exceptional communication skills, to work in this fast-paced environment. Customer service or front desk reception experience is preferred.

Shift Times fall between lobby hours - M-F from 7 am to 7 pm AND Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm or Sunday 11 am - 4 pm

Full Time = 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day

Part Time = minimum 2 weekdays + 1 weekend day

Guest Services Reception Responsibilities include:

• Answering phones
• Greeting customers
• Checking customers in and out
• Scheduling hospitality appointments
• Creating invoices
• Taking payment
• Giving tours
• Safely handling pets
• Other tasks assigned

Guest Services Reception Position Requirements:

• Customer service or reception experience
• An animal lover is a must!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
