Job Overview:
We are looking for an energetic, detailed-oriented individual who has both excellent customer service skills and is experienced with employee management. Strong computer skills, problem solving, and multi-tasking abilities are a must!
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain guest relations
- Manage guest reservations
- Hold conversations regarding compensation with guests
- Communicate with other departments and vendors
- Maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external vendors
- Manage phone systems
- Cover the phone line
- Ensure quality control and timely responses
- Uphold the company core values and provide excellent customer service standards
Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Proven customer service experience
- Experience in the vacation rental or hospitality industry (Preferred not required)
Schedule:
This role is open to part-time or full-time hours. Working days will be between Sunday and Saturday, 8 am to 5:30 pm. Scheduled shifts are based on business needs. 1-2 after hours on call shifts expected per week. Weekend work is required.
Pay:
Starting pay is $17/hour. Additional pay for after hours on call shifts.
