Guest Service Agent

The Guest Service Agent is vital to the success of Fairfield Inn Moses Lake! If you enjoy engaging with others and have a winning personality and high sense of responsibility – this role is perfect for you!

What you will be doing:

Maintain a high level of Guest Service and hospitality | Provide a positive and seamless arrival and departure experience | Promptly and effectively field guest concerns or issues | Interact with guests with a high level of professionalism, tact and diplomacy

The ideal candidate for this position:

A keen sense of being proactive, responsive and caring | Strong communication skills | Hospitality or customer service experience highly preferred | Proficiency in Microsoft Office | High School Diploma or GED required
