YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A GUEST SERVICE AGENT
As an entry-level Guest Service Agent, you are the first point of contact for our guests, welcoming them at the front desk with a friendly smile and checking them into their cabins or hotel rooms using our state-of-the-art computer systems. You play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience during their stay, and you're responsible for setting the tone of their arrival and dealing with any questions or concerns they may have.
