We are looking for a Guest Service Agent to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, providing information about the hotel and its services, handling reservations, and responding to any inquiries or complaints. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and an ability to remain calm in difficult situations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide information on hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Handle guest complaints in a professional manner.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure all guests are checked in and out properly.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 29 per week
