SalaryThe Aiden by Best Western is hiring for full and part time Guest Service Agents! This exciting new hotel is looking to hire service oriented individuals.
We need people who love Flagstaff and Northern Arizona and make Guest Service their number one priority. Previous hotel experience is not required. We are looking to fill shifts from 7-3 pm and 3-11 pm.
Job duties include:
-Welcoming guests
-Offering local recommendations tailored to guest needs
-Checking guests in according to policy
-Resolving issues encountered by the guest
-Answering phones & taking reservations

Requirements:
-While performing the duties associated with the job, employees will be required to stand or sit; walk, use hands to fingers, handle, feel or operate objects, tools or controls and reach with hands and arms.
