WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Answering incoming calls in a polite and timely manner
- Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of Six Flags Season Pass / Membership programs, and any other park specific programs as necessary
- Maintaining a positive working relationship with Guest RelationsTeam Members
- Responding to all forms of Guest Correspondence through Fresh Desk, Guest Service Recovery, and written inquires
- Completing varied clerical tasks as assigned by operations management
- Assisting in other areas of the Front Gate department, including ticket taking, ticket selling, season pass processing, and toll operations
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- Maintain Six Flags' Guest First Standards.
- Performs all other duties as assigned or as necessary to support the Admissions Department and Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Splashtown.
- This is a seasonal position from May – September.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Must be able to work weekends, weekdays, Holidays, early or evening shifts as assigned.
- A clear demonstration of excellent Guest Service skills and an evident commitment to our Guest First philosophy.
- A clear commitment to total safety, and a strong, safe background.
- Adhere to Park Attendance Policy as stated in the Six Flags Seasonal Handbook.
- The availability to work flexible hours and varied shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- The ability to stand and walk for long periods of time outdoors in various weather conditions including extreme heat and sun.
