PART-TIME GUEST RELATIONS ASSOCIATE

RONALD MCDONALD HOUSE CHARITIES OF AMARILLO

The mission of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Amarillo is providing comfort, care and support in a home like environment to families of children seeking medical treatment.

We are seeking:

We need a motivated, energetic individual for entry level hourly evening position to cover the hours from 6:00 p.m. until 12:00 midnight on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

· Key tasks to include:

· Check-in and greet new and returning families and guests

· Provide comprehensive tours

· Provide assistance as needed to guest families

· Perform receptionist duties including answering telephone and directing calls

Perform light housekeeping duties

· Prepare and clean guest bedrooms and bathrooms for occupancy for next family

· Launder linens as required

· Assist with House activities and events

· Document any incidents and report according to policies and procedures manual

· Orient, schedule and supervise volunteers as assigned

· Must be able to stand 70% of the time and lift 25 pounds

· Must be able to pass background check and have a current valid driver’s license

A successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, able to work independently, be team oriented, able to multi-task and work under pressure and possess strong oral and written skills and able to pass grammar test. Ability to speak Spanish would be a plus.

Must be a minimum age of 23 and have a clean driving record of three years to comply with our insurance regulations.

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
