POSITION SUMMARY

As a member of the Guest Relations team, you will be responsible for researching and resolving customer inquiries and feedback, focusing on post-departure issues. This is a role that requires the ability to work primarily independently but also as a team member, and to proactively offer solutions that improve our products and retain clients.

The position offers flexibility for remote, hybrid, or in-office work. However, we are specifically seeking applicants who are residents of the US or Canada, with a preference for those residing within the Pacific time zone.

Requirements:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage internal and external incoming emails and calls with a high level of service and professionalism.
  • Gather information through research and queries to provide thorough and detailed written responses to feedback, tracking all issues to resolution.
  • Compose written responses using appropriate grammar and tone, while offering elevated customer service.
  • Review weekly reports from surveys, cruise managers, hotel managers, and local hosts.
  • Cultivate relationships with clients and travel agents to promote client satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide informative, proactive feedback regarding client needs and concerns to management and related departments, such as our Product and Operations teams.
  • Other duties as required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

  • Travel industry preferred, strong customer service skills/experience required.
  • Strong writing skills including grammar and formatting.
  • Proficient with most MS Office programs, including Outlook and Excel.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize.
