What You?ll Do:
- Greet every customer and create a memorable experience!
- Educate our customers on the benefits of our Unlimited Wash Memberships
- Engage with customers throughout the wash process to ensure 100% satisfaction
- Perform quality checks to ensure a superior wash for our guests
- Comply with all safety protocols and standard operating procedures
- Ensure our site is clean and tidy from corner to corner!
- Address any and all customer concerns in a professional manner
- Understand and operate basic functional retail equipment (computer, POS, etc.)
- Learn wash process and equipment
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned
