We have an immediate opening for an Agency Services Coordinator, an entry-level position in our Braintree, MA office.
About the Job: Tonrys Agency Services Coordinator (ASC) is a vital member of our team. The ASC has frequent, and often first interactions with our clients and business partners. Whether the interaction is in person, over the phone or via email, it is important that a positive rapport is established. For this reason, the ASC position needs to be filled by a well-spoken and friendly person with excellent organizational skills and true reliability. Strong software and processing skills are absolutely required. The ASC must be able to complete tasks and establish priorities in a fast-paced setting. Attention to detail is extremely important as you direct information, complete applications, and prepare insurance documents.

Responsibilities
Specific tasks include but are not limited to:
- Incoming Documents monitoring and processing incoming documents via mail, email, and fax.
- Outgoing Mail processing and delivering in the most cost-efficient method.
- Phone/Reception answering the phone and assisting or directing callers and visitors
- Cancellation Tracking assisting with notices and tracking to prevent clients from canceling due to non-payment of premium.
- Administrative Tasks for Personal Lines and Small Business departments
- Other tasks as needed

Requirements
- Self-motivating, client caring, and team-oriented
- Strong computer and communication skills

- Experience and comfort with online training via "Zoom"
- Excellent phone and written communication skills
