ROLE OVERVIEW
Seeking passionate sales expert to further expand our growing YMCA and non–profit national customer base.
Primary Responsibilities
- Maintain existing accounts and relationships focusing primarily on YMCA and non-profit entities.
- Actively seek out new accounts for sectors and regions as[FM1] [2] [GD3] directed.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with colleagues, vendors and other departments to ensure the best customer experience.
- Be knowledgeable of all Kiefer Aquatics product offerings, catalogs and services.
- Foster a positive outlook and work environment promoting teamwork and collaboration.

- Proactive problem solving, communication and coordination with solutions-oriented approach.
- Support achieving sales objectives and (customer) service expectations.
- Collaborative approach working across the company.
- Continue to develop skill-set and approach to support business objectives.
Experience & Attributes / Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B sales.
- YMCA Aquatics background is preferred.
- CRM proficiency / Tech-savvy.
- Strong interpersonal communication and relationship building skills.
- Positive attitude demonstrating empathy with customers and co-workers.
- Collaborative driven can-do approach to find solutions, overcome objections and resolve issues.
- High level of integrity with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
Tools / Software:
Skilled using MS Outlook, Excel, Word. Familiarity with SalesPad and Salesforce is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
Role compensation is annual base salary, plus commission.

- Prolonged periods of time sitting at a desk and viewing computer monitors.
- May involve some travel to attend select events as needed.
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position with typical work hours of Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm but may also involve weekends or “after hours” work when traveling, busy season, trade events and completing work as needed in a timely manner.
