Your Role:
Tenable is seeking a talented and experienced Go-To-Market (GTM) Solutions Architect to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical role in shaping our platform strategy and driving the successful implementation of GTM technologies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of CRM (Salesforce), and ERP (Netsuite), as well as Lead Generation and Quote to Cash processes, along with a proven track record of strategic planning and solution architecture. Additionally, familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and other relevant Solutions Architecture frameworks would be highly beneficial.
Your Opportunity:
- Actively participate in strategic planning sessions to define and refine our platform strategy as it relates to Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives.
- Serve as the primary Solutions Architect on projects, working closely with cross-functional teams (PMO, Operations Teams, Product Teams, etc) to understand business requirements and design scalable and efficient solutions.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies and tools that align with business objectives and drive innovation in GTM processes.
- Lead the implementation and integration of GTM technologies, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to gather requirements, conduct feasibility studies, and define project scope and objectives.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in GTM and advise on their potential impact and relevance to the organization.
- Lead and test with innovative new technologies as they relate to GTM, and report on the potential impacts the new technology may have on the business.
- Act as a subject matter expert on GTM technologies, and represent the opinion of the Enterprise Architecture team on GTM technologies during review board conversations.
- Apply knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF to ensure alignment of GTM solutions with overall enterprise architecture standards and principles.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on GTM technologies and processes.
- Deep understanding of CRM, ERP, Lead Generation, and Quote to Cash processes.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, solution architecture, and project management.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and other relevant Solutions Architecture frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience working in an agile environment and familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Architect, Oracle Certified Master, TOGAF certification) preferred.
- Able to work in a hybrid/on-site capacity at our headquarters in Columbia MD

The base salary range for this position is $128,000.00 - $170,000.00 USD. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, location and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. Employees are also eligible for variable compensation in addition to base pay (commission for sales roles, bonus for non-sales roles), depending on company and individual performance.
