Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and implement AI strategies that seamlessly integrate with both infrastructure and Application Development, leveraging Azure Open AI and other AI technologies to enhance system capabilities and business processes.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to assess and identify AI integration opportunities that align with business objectives and drive efficiency.
- Serve as the expert in Azure AI services, guiding the selection, deployment, and optimization of AI technologies within our projects.
- Develop architectural blueprints that incorporate AI and cloud technologies, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and adhere to best practices.
- Facilitate the adoption of General AI and Open AI initiatives, advocating for innovative approaches and technologies that enhance our competitive edge.
- Lead the evaluation of emerging AI technologies and methodologies, recommending investments in tools that offer significant value to both infrastructure and Application Development.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the technology teams.
- Communicate complex AI concepts and their business implications to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment between technology initiatives and organizational goals.
Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on cloud and AI technologies.
- Proven experience in Solutions Architecture with a specific focus on AI, including practical experience with Azure and Azure Open AI services.
- Deep understanding of General AI and Open AI technologies and their application in both infrastructure and Application Development contexts.
- Strong background in cloud architecture, preferably Azure, with expertise in implementing scalable, secure cloud solutions.
- Current knowledge of industry trends, standards, and regulations related to AI and cloud technology.
Compensation and Benefits
The projected compensation range for this position is $122,400.00 to $165,600.00 per year benchmarked in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Salary at LCG is determined by various factors, including but not limited to role, location, the combination of education/training, knowledge, skills, competencies, certifications, and work experience.
