GSOC Manager

The Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Manager, assigned to one of Pinkerton's largest enterprise clients, will oversee the formulation of systems scope, requirements gathering, and objectives relative to the client's business plan and industry requirements. The Program Manager drives strategic planning and implementation of GSOC programs and policies and develops process workflows and guidelines to standardize the business processes.

Essential Functions:

1. Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
2. Facilitate the strategic direction of the GSOC program, procedures, and workflows.
3. Review existing documentation and recommend changes and improvements.
4. Conduct business case analysis and effectively facilitate planning goals.
5. Develop measurable key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver status reports, business metrics, and business plans.
6. Facilitate problem definition and analysis.
7. Act as a liaison among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to business processes, procedures, and systems.
8. Create detailed descriptions of user needs and translate them into functional requirements.
9. Provide guidance for the team by ensuring goals and objectives are met.
10. Provide the client's team with requested information and data, as needed.
11. Explore and adopt changing technology in preparedness for and to accommodate evolving organizational needs.
12. Track and maintain compliance records.
13. Develop, implement, and revise governance and compliance policies and procedures and its related activities within the GSOC team.
14. Generate and analyze data to ensure regulatory and contractual compliance.
15. All other duties, as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Certifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred with five + years of security operations, GSOC operations, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company. Salary & Benefits Information:
Rate of pay: $125000 / year.
