Physical Security Operations and GSOC Manager
Overview:
In this role you will support the delivery and management of Physical Security Operations and programs across our global offices. You will manage the current Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) and help develop and oversee a projected GSOC expansion. You will manage Physical Security access control and video surveillance systems, to include badging operations. This is not a remote role and requires the ability to work daily on site in the LiveRamp San Francisco office.
Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of day-to-day Physical Security Operations across multiple global sites
- Manage daily GSOC Operations and develop the framework for a projected GSOC expansion, to include writing new protocols and training plans as needed
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of security access control and video surveillance systems, to include global badging operations
- Work closely with internal business stakeholders to coordinate Security Operations across multiple global locations
- Manage security vendors and integrators
- Update and maintain written Security Operations protocols and response plans
- Coordinate Security Operations for local special events and business meetings
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of Physical Security experience, including at least 3 years in the corporate sector
- Experience managing or working in a GSOC
- Technically astute with experience working with physical access control/video systems, badging operations, and visitor management systems
- Experience working with and managing security vendors and integrators to enhance and support daily Physical Security Operations
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the business
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- The ability to identify potential security risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Highly adaptable and able to creatively solve problems
- Ability to respond to emergencies after-hours as operational needs demand

The approximate annual compensation range is $143,000 to $171,000 the actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.
